Support for Current Office IT
PC trouble is no longer limited to hardware failure. Microsoft accounts, cloud storage, security alerts, printer drivers, Wi-Fi instability, backup settings, and remote work tools are often connected. We check both the device and the surrounding environment.
For Japanese keyboard PCs, replacement machines, memory or SSD upgrades, OS reinstall, initial setup, data transfer, and disposal preparation, we can help plan the work so downtime is kept as short as possible.
If the repair cost is not reasonable, we will also explain replacement options. The goal is not to repair everything at any price, but to find the most practical route for the customer.

Parts, software, license fees, special recovery work, and out-of-hours work are quoted separately. Travel fees are generally 400 HKD, 500 HKD, or 600 HKD depending on the area.
